Growth Rates?

So whats some average growth rates for zoas/ Palys? My eagle eyes have been growing like wildfire, id say around 20-25 polyps per month, but on average what are most people getting on smaller colonies?

Mine are not growing that fast maybe its the new leds.

Most of mine arent its just a large colony! Most of my 10+ polyp colonies are putting out about a new baby head every week.

Zoas dont grow well under leds or they just dont make the transition good

Ive had slow growth under leds like 1-2 heads a month, just switched to t5 some of my stuff have exploded

My zoas are doing fine under led and popping out new heads pretty regularly. The transition from t5 to led was very smooth for my zoas as well. I'd say my z's & p's took the transition the easiest out of everything in my tank, showing little change in behavior, but growth either stayed the same or accelerated, and most colored up and gained more fluorescence. Just my experience, your mileage may vary..

I think a bigger factor than lighting is parameters honestly. When I started dosing 2 part is when I noticed the most change in growth.
