I have a coating of a green slime like algae coating my glass daily. I wipe it off and its back in a few hours. Anyone know of a cure? My nitrates are very low and in running gfo and phospguard.

Thanks I checked that out. Seems like exactly what I have. I will change my gfo again and hope that I can get rid of it. I am also changing my food to Larrys Reef Frenzy food.

Seems like a great time to add copeopods. Does anyone know the sponsor we use on here for that. I looked but couldn't find them, they used to do buy one get one free deals all the time.

I am wondering if I am fighting such an outbreak of algae, which obviously means high phosphates, what if I filled both of my BRS dual reactors with GFO instead of one with gfo and one with carbon. any thoughts?
