GSP been closed for almost two weeks?

I've noticed that my GSP has randomly been closed the last few weeks. Everything else in the tank is doing perfect. I've heard they are known to close up for a few days at a time but never heard of them doing it this long? Anyone have any advice?

One time that happened to me was when there was a bunch of hair algae growing in it. I put a couple of snails on top of it and they spent the day there cleaning it up. The next day the gsp reopened

Yeah checked it all over. Dont see anything that would be bugging it. All my other stuff that is much more sensitive seems to be doing great as always.

Maybe he’s practicing social distancing..... lol jk thought a laugh would come in handy in this puzzling time for you.

I read up online and gave em a little scrub with a new toothbrush. Guess well see tomorrow. Just odd how everything else is so happy in the tank and the most "hardy" one is being weird.
