Gsp closed for a week

So it’s been a week since my gsp has closed up and I don’t know why. I made a separate thread where I posted my params and they where good. I did a water change this weekend. It was growing nicely, and closed all of a sudden last week. My other corals are fine, and their is no algae growing on it. I also used a turkey bast to spray of any debris two days ago during the water change. I feed phyto twice a week.

Don’t bat an eye about it, they do close for a random period of time for NO reason. Mine was closed for 3 weeks until it opened up and exploded in growth.

Agreed that you probably have nothing to worry about. Mine did this. Super annoying but it was fine after about a week.

If parameters are good, and possibly if not good, GSP will most likely be just fine. Mine used to close up at times for no obvious reason.

Ok I’m hoping for the best. When should I start to worry?

As long as the mat looks fine I wouldn't worry about them.
