GSP dying?

This morning my GSP did not open, and I noticed these red spots. Kinda looks like open wounds, or tears. What is this?

It looks like cyano on dead spots. I would remove it if possible and give it a good dip. Common and normally benign pods can live underneath and really irritate the tissue but there could also be a gsp munchng animal within. I had great success with red sea dip and gsp with animals under the tissue. The Red Sea dip leaves the corals fine but seems to kill or stun pests instead of jut knocking them off. It killed some acropora commensal crabs. I wanted those crabs.
