My green star polyps only have about half of their polyps extended, yesterday only 1/4 of the polyps were closed. Had it about 5 months and it has almost doubled in size. Usually its open all day and closes at night. It is in a current, about 1/3 high on the tank with Red Sea ReefLED 90 lights. I did some tests today and dKH is 8.4(Red Sea) and pH is 8.0(API). Usually my dKH is 10 and was a couple days ago. The first pic is what it usually looks like (its a lot brighter green in person) and the second is what it looks like today. All my other corals (hammer, birdsnest, xenia, leather) seem normal and happy. I don't dose anything, haven't needed to as all my tests come back consistent. Is it the drop in dKH that is causing this? Any other reasons GSP would act like this?
