Bought this yesterday. Was told it is a clove polyp, but after Getting it home, I'm not sure it is.

I also bought a bit of GSP from the same place, but it is much brighter green.

Do I just have 2 different species of GSP?

It does seem to grow in a mat like the GSP, but everything is different color.

I have both in my 32 gallon tank. My GSP is glued to my back wall and the polyp is on it's own rock. Just don't put any of them on your main rock formations as they are a nightmare to control their size.

Excellent. Thank you!
From what I have read, clove polyps do not grow as fast as GSP or xenia.

I guess ill see!
