Guessing its eggs on glass

Hello Everyone, I had my tank completely cycled and running for a few months. With weekly water changes, parameters scene good and stable. However I left the country for 2 weeks and I'm having my sister watch the tank. It's on an automatic feeder oh, she empties the protein skimmer and check the salinity when needing to add water. However, she sent me this picture of what pops up when they on the glass. Does anybody know if these are eggs. If so what did they suspect it's from? If not? Does anybody know what it is? It does have a pretty pattern.
