Hi everyone, I decided to do a complete rebuild of my 75 gallon Deep Blue rimless tank. I plan to do something similar to what Fatmike did with his 57 DB. So I want to remove the oversize internal overflow and drill 4 holes to the back of the tank (2 returns & 2 overflows). I have never driller glass before so I've been watching videos online from BRS and bought the drill bits and drill guide from them. I'm buying all new filtration and a better pump to help with the flow. My tank has been filling up in the last year and my corals seem stressed out in the past couple of months due to lack of flow. Here are some pictures of the current setup:

****....... I just broke my tank while drilling it. The friking thing exploded on me. The website said it was not tempered but it definitively was. So the question is, to quit or nt to qiut?

Sorry to hear it broke. It happens to the best of us. I would just game plan and move onto a new tank. It give you the chance to change specs if u wanted to. And just think it could always be worse. I had a 150 break in my living room at 4:00 am.
