I'll begin dosing this coming week. Going to start with BRS three part. I know the goal is to keep the alk stable and build the cal etc around it. What's the best way to figure my starting point? I've been taking alk measurements for the last 10 days and am assuming that if I figure out a weeks alk use and break that into 7 days that's my daily dose? Am I missing something?
