Gulf live rock Coral ID

Hey guys,
I have some live rock from the gulf and wondered if anyone knows what this is? It’s green colored in person with brown “filament” like arms that extend out and retract depending on light period and flow patterns. Maybe a type of coral??

Looks like some type of gorgonia.

Bump. Any other opinions? The coloring isn’t true due to blue lights and the pic was taken through a pair of UV sun glasses. The stalk is a mint green color.
