Breaking down boxes. I put one bag in tub, and forgot I needed to take pictures. The smell was “low tide on a hot summer day”.

Make sure you do frequent water changes. That ammonia from the die off will be extream and kill a lot more off.
 
Hope you get some good hitchhikers. Looks like you got a lot of halimeda macro algae on the top rock.
 
I will take more pictures tomorrow after the water change. I was shocked there was 10 or so live clams! I didn’t see any other life, but that is normal at this stage.
