Gumdrop Coral Croucher!!!!!!!

Has anyone had any experience with a Gumdrop Coral Croucher? Anything you might know. Any personal experience? Are they hard to feed? Thanks

I have had my little dude for over 2 years now. These fish are not for everyone. They require spot feeding of meaty foods like mysis and/or plankton. They hide all the time and only feel safe in crevices/cracks/holes. They are very small and do not come out and hang out like blennies/gobies/etc. do. But this is actually my favorite fish that I have and I love him.

Most likely, yes. They do not venture out far from where they stay. Yes I do watch him eat.

I just bought one. He is a tiny little guy. about a 1/2 an inch. He just went onto a hole in the rock and is resting there. I think now that I have him here he may be hard to find in order to feed

Yeah if you can try to keep track of him. They will move their home base from time to time. He may not eat for a day or 2 as he settles in, but you can try to squirt some food right in front of his hiding hole. They will dart out to grab food, but no more than 2-4 inches.

Yes, most days. Sometimes he moves and if I can't find him he doesn't eat. He usually realizes he needs to go somewhere I can see him to get fed so he moves back into view.
