I don't keep these guys but I have rad up on them before, they are not actually a goby but a type of scorpion fish- cool little guys! they are also referred to as coral crouchers. I believe @lion king has dealt with them before but I could be mistaken.
I don't think they are too hard to care for... they do lay eggs on the bottom of stylophora and pocillapora that can irritate and kill part of the coral... but other than that I think they are pretty easy fish.
I have 2 in my 70 gallon. Mine hang out usually around the bottom of the tank and like to wedge themselves into tight spots. They hide most of the time but every now and then they surprise me by being out in the open. As said above they are scorpionfish and are venomous.
