Guppy tail desintegrating

Hey i jut signed so i could get some help i left my home for a few hours and just came back to see my guppy tails desintegrating. I dont if its fin rot or if he qas attacked by another guppy pls help me i dont want him to die.

Welcome to R2R! I would say if you have other Male guppies in the tank it's definitely possible that that one is getting picked on. Do you have any other fish in the tank besides guppies?

I have blue neon tetras and zebra danio, its not aggresion they arent bites the guppy fin is just falling there are fin strings in the container i put him, also i just checked and some other guppies have sign of the same issue, also some of them have white spots i already bought medication for ich (white spots) an tail rot hopefully they get better i really loved that guppy he was so beautiful

edit: i just realized too one of the guppies has dropsy i think its my water if think my water is killing my guppies im doing a 100% water change already i did a water change not to long ago
