So I woke up this morning and my display tank was perfectly normal clear and happy. But soon after my whole system( I have a side by side 20 long thats plumbed to my 25 gal cube) turned a awful opaque dark green. Im 95% sure the reason for this was my dying caulerpa in my fuge. The algae started to get spotty and clear on about half amount in the fuge part of my 20L (the other side is a frag tank) Luckily I kinda caught this as it was happening and was able to turn off the pumps so the tanks didn't mix any more. My main display is cloudy and all my corals still seem to be happy, but the 20L is so green and cloudy I cant see through it. Ive done a 2gal waterchange of the 20L because thats all I had mixed. And now I'm mixing more water. I don't know what to do Im running a hob filter on the fuge so I put some filterfloss in there and a 2nd bag of carbon. Im just really fearful for my tank.
