Gyre 130 question

Hello, Is this an overkill for a standard 29g? We have mix reef about 30# LR, SSB. Thanks!

We have one in our 40b n love it you probably want to keep it turned down but it's a awesome pump don't regret it at all and I've had vortech tunze hydro n by far gyre is our favorite.

You just dial it down. It's better to run it at lower power anyway. More quiet and less heat. So it's not "overkill" since it's adjustable.
