Gyre 1k on a 20L frag tank

I picked up a gyre 1k for a new 20 gallon long frag tank I'm setting up with an AI prime for the light source. Anybody have recommendations on mode or power settings? Was thinking gradual pulse mode at about 50% power. Should I run it all the time of just during the photo period? Have a aqueon 30 hob filter as well for mechanical filtration which would stay on 24/7 and I'll be doing weekly 5gal water changes with water from my main display tank.

The 1k isnt really that much flow tbh i would probably run higher than 50%. If putting sps in the frag tank. If lps use polyp extension as your guide.
