Gyre 2k, 4k setup

First timer with gyre pumps. I have a 4k and 2k with wave engine controller, planning mixed reef on 120g, 48x24x24. Want to find out from some that have run it what would be best general starting point setup for flow. I plan running the 4k across the top and would the 2k be better on the opposite side or run it on the same side as the 4k along the back wall.

While I don't have the 4k/2k gyres, I've placed my Red Sea ReefWave45s (very similar) at opposite ends of my tank (horizontally) facing inwards.

I have two and run one on random flow and other on straight cycled positioned at back wall

That’s what I was thinking and same flow setup as well. Are you running the back wall on same side or opposite side.

I run one on each end 2 hours on 2 hours off opposite schedule

I use a Tunze wavebox as well
