Woke up this morning noticing sand blowing everywhere and one gyre is on one gyre is off and the advanced controller is completely blacked out. Nothing on the display. did not react to any button I pressed... unplugged the power, and plug back in the controller is still in the same state giving one port 100% flat flow and 0% on the other pump, still black display. Does anyone have experience like this with their gyre controllers? I love the new advanced features of this controller and I run 8 wave modes I set for a 24-hour cycle. But it's only been two weeks since I started to use it and the controller now seems dead and does not respond... I have no idea what went wrong but seeing other problems posted by other users I wonder how reliable this controller really is. I have an established SPS tank and with one blowing 100 percent and one off and the flow knocking off corals it's quite concerning.

I had great luck with CoralVue support, they got me a new controller within 48h of my phone call.

There are a few steps in their FAQ I think, the only one I recall is that either the pump or power needs to be plugged in first is important in case a connection came loose.
