Gyre for a 34 gallon Deep Blue

So I am looking at the icecap gyre 3k. I have a deep blue frag tank setup as a display tank. Would like to add a 3k but with the 1k coming not sure on which would be better for it. The tank is 36l x 12.5t x 18d.
