Gyre in a 32G cube?

Hey so long story short. I'm setting up a biocube as a temporary tank for a few months until my new house is done being built.

That being said. Corals will just be acans and a few euphilia. Ill move my BTA as well.

With my gyre 230 be way to over kill? I've never run them in a small tank. I am thinking I might have to run it in reverse to keep the flow from wrecking everything? It will be barebottom.
 
if I can remember right I think I ran it at 10 percent you can always remove a head and just run one or change one blade to run in reverse
