hello all I'm trying to decide between going with two icecap gyre pumps or two of the Hydor Koralia 3G.

my tank is a 90 gallon with the corner overflow converted to herbie on the left side. i'm assuming if i went with gyre i would need to mount them on the back glass flowing toward the front since there would not be room on the left side?

with the hydor's that would not be an issue and i could put one on each side.

tank will start as FOWLR and move into some easy softies down the road

I've tried powerheads and gyres in my 93 cube and IMO hands down recommend gyres. They take up less space (nice and flush) and move a ton of water, a lot more than powerheads. If u need to put them on left side, can always put them vertically on the glass as well.
