Gyre xf230 vs mp40

Tank is a Red Sea 350 (75gallon) . I originally bought a gyre xf230 with the advanced controller and i was using a mp10 from other tank. I hate the advanced controller om the gyre. Its not really intuitive like the mp10 was. Anyone else have this issue? I switched to a mp40 and using the mp 10 until i can get another mp40.

The gyre just doesn't seem user friendly. Side note pm me if you want a gyre for cheap its all boxed up.

I had the same issue with the design of the advanced controller however the gyre is really all that will work for my tank so I'll have to learn it. Maybe post the pump in the forsale section. I might be interested in just the pump without the controller.

I have to agree with the controller setup. Wish it had a web interface. I like random mode best and don't have to deal with configuration.

I love the flow pattern of the gyres though, so it's still my top choice.
