Good morning. Just posting this to possibly help people who have a similar issue. I had a tank running without an overflow weir. It had just a 90 elbow. I was looking and looking and looking trying to figure out how to put a box without shutting it down and draining halfway. I'm fully stocked so that was an issue. I was close to giving up and buying a weir and having to silicone it in and run my tank half full and sumpless. I came across this nifty h2overflow. Up to 1200 gph and all the way down to 300gph. I reemed the opening a hair with a Dremel tool, and threw it over the existing elbow in the bulkhead. Easy as pie. Costed me about 70 bucks. I went from a weirless tank to having an overflow in about 10 minutes without having to empty the tank. Below you will see a not good pic
