Is this reef safe for dipping corals and spot dosing hair algae patches? Ik regular h202 is ok, but this has some additives?

It may or may not be OK, I don't know.

But you'd probably be better off posting this in the Reef Chemistry Forum and getting some feedback from Randy Holmes Farley. Just my 2 cents worth. Unless somebody with a serious chemistry background says it's OK to use in a reef tank, I wouldn't use it.

Organophosphonates are added to stabilize the product.

The acid will break down into po4. But dont think would be enough to be of concern at the concentrations for h202 usage.
