Had a Scare this morning

Went to feed my tank and saw this in the power head... was quite distraught for a few minutes until the shrimp climbed over a rock and grabbed some food. Guess he molted? does that mean the tank / he is doing ok?

Yup, they'll hide for a few days until the shell hardens up. But he's doing just fine.
