Hi everybody, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kirk and I have been reefing for probably 8 years now. I have a 220g mixed reef with about 270 total water volume when you add in my sump external refugium and 37g anemone tank. I have been on the other main reef forum for some time now but I have realized there are just too many "legends in there own mind" over there so I came to the best one. I hear people are much more down to earth on this site. I also realize that I should have started on this site to begin with because I have read so many write ups from Randy so it only makes sense to come to the Kings house . I hope I will be welcome and look forward to contributing , learning new things and meeting all of you.

Welcome I also started on different forums and have abandoned them to stay and read and post on this one. It is a great forum . Occasionally I put my foot in my mouth and the gang here nicely and politely tells me I'm wrong. Love this place

Lol welcome. I very seldom visit that other place anymore. Much more going on here. I used to frequent both but is too much and I just like what goes on with this site better.

My only gripe with r2r is that it is hard to not spend $$ when come to this site lol but that's a good thing. There's always something new being posted I just have no will power. Ha ha
