I bought a gorgeous blue haddoni from Sexycorals about 5 weeks or so ago. I put it in the front of my tank where I figured it would be happy. It stayed there for a month and seemed happy. Then last week it moved to the back corner of my tank. Luckily I was home so I could rescue my pink ******* chalice and some zoanthids. Now it seems to really stretch up towards the surface as if it's trying to get more light. I have a standard 120 with 2 AI Sol blues. I moved the light over a little so it would get enough light. I guess my question is.... Do I worry about it, or just let it be where it traveled too? I have a mixed reef with mostly sps with an eheim 1262 for return and 2 MP40's for flow. It was getting blown around some, but nothing extreme at all. I also had a pretty major alk fluctuation I was dealing with. My DKH went from 10.3 to 8.1. It's finally stabilized now at about 8.5. My best guess is that is why it moved and not the flow or lighting since it seemed so happy before, and now it looks nothing like a haddoni should. Is there a way to move it back? Or should I just leave it and if it's not getting enough light it will try and move itself if it needs more?

when they decide to start moving there is not much that can be done. Try to make the spot you want it to stay as prime a spot as you can move it back and hope for the best if it moves again then it doesnt like something there take note of the spot where it has taken up residence
