Haddoni carpet flow

What’s a good flow for Haddoni nems I have a jabeo slw 10 which is a little powerful everyday I move it the nem is getting hit by it somehow so just wondering what kind of flow they like. Side by side wave mode or else

Haddoni’s need a moderate amount of flow, generally to see some motion across the oral disc and carry away any waste it might expel. It is more sensitive to high-flow than a gigantea (which loves high-flow).
