Haddoni was added to the dt About three weeks ago and looked semi ok for a week or so I though most of what was going on was stress related due to it being a new purchase. Then the last week it started to deflate and mouth opened wide. And it never buried its foot.

I moved it to another smaller 10g tank that had been sitting empty and set it up as a hospital tank for cipro treatment. I didn't bother to remove the sand that was in there thinking it might help it settle down a little. The next pic is the second day(took this morning) its been in the 10g treatment tank.

I'm just wondering if it didn't like something in the DT, as the foot is now burrowed into the sand and its more inflated than its ever been. And mouth is mostly closed. I have never saw anything come out of the mouth. Water for the new tank its in is the same as for the DT so parameters are the same in both as is temp. I do have a ritteri in the main DT could they have been fighting?

He looks better. I would remove the sand from the tank so that you will be able to cnage water and remove all the waste that put out by the anemone. Best of luck with him.

Its looking good. It's buried its foot and mouth is tightly closed. Ill post a updated pic when I get a chance

how deep is your sand please as i was looking to get one
