Hahahaha... Nice! it's your reef . Do whatever you want just feed it often and it should move much. I have one in my main display and I love it. :-)

If indeed u find one small and sexy enough for my taste I will chance it....just being sad after that crash and now got some room

They are beautiful but be aware that it will kill everything it can touch. They also like to get up and walk around, especially when you're not watching :)

May get sucked into a powerhead too and nuke your tank

Well my friend has a very successful mixed tank with two amazing carpets in it. Just place it on an open area with decent indirect water movement. He has his in the center with powerheads on the ends of the tank (also 6' long). Make sure to take care in acclimating it to your light when you get one.

The biggest issue with keeping an S. haddoni in an SPS tank is flow -- they are not fans of high flow. If the oral disc is being lifted up, it won't be happy and will move. They can/will move very large rocks when on walk about. Also, it isn't a matter of "if" but "when" for it eating one of your fish. IME (( been keeping them for 15+ years )) you are more likely to have an issue with the anemone is hosting clowns -- seems to attach other fish to the clowns.
