Very interesting.

So what you're seeing is the anemone budding, or splitting?

a red haddoni splitting??? hmm... i'm curious to see if either piece will survive... was it damaged in some way? i've never heard of a haddoni splitting naturally....

No Any demage its in a nursery from 1 year just to make it grow safetly

Do you have any better pics? What size is the anemone?
Are you sure it is a haddoni rather than the similar small red anemones with the green mouth that just look like small haddonis.

Google "Bali blood red mini anemone"
That is most likely what you have. They are an as yet unidentified species that shows up in the hobby periodically, although they are lot more common now that they were a few years ago.
BTW, haddonis don't reproduce by splitting.

Original sizewas 1-2 inches actually it was 4 inches
As you sayabove it has some Green round month
Nowidont move it

You are all right control pics from google

Haddonis don't split like btas they spawn and produce eggs so u would need a male and female to probuce babys

Hey bud, I'm pretty sure this is a blood red mini carpet as previously suggested.
I really love these anemones!! They will soon cover a rock give the opportunity and they're really bright! We put anemone crabs in them all the time.

Same or similar to mini maxi anemones the just split more. Don't move much and have really bright color. Can be fed and they will love you for it.
If you do a google search you will find some information on them but to be honest the research is quite limited.
