Hair algae help please

Could some recommended something that'll eat this alge.
It's starting to to spread and don't want it to get out of control

I have two urchin and 3 tangs

I've previously removed the rock it was growing on and cleaned it all off but it's come back and appears to be getting worse

emerald crab eat a little and the wedge sea hare, eat it all then starved to die. Urchin eat a little. No others work.
Tried abalone once but seem not interested

How did you clean it? I.HO I would pull the rock and nuke it with bleach

If it’s just that tiny rock I’d throw it away and buy a new piece of live rock for the LFS. It’s probably saturated with phosphates

Mexican Turbo snails have done great for me with algae similar to this.

If its just one tiny rock put it in hydrogen peroxide water mixture, it will kill the algae.

Ok this will work

Remove rock. Put in container of 75% saltwater and 25% hydrogen peroxide. Wait for bubbles to fizz from algae. Leave for 10 min. Put rock in tank. Check rock next day. If any algae is left, repeat this treatment.

Sea hare would not give it a chance to grow back. Actually, before it grow back, sea hare got starved to die.

Pull off as much as you can by hand and scrub the rest with a firm toothbrush and some 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Return to tank, reduce white light intensity and number of hours of white lighting and add some snails such as :
Astrea
cerith
turbo grazer
trochus

A Pencil urchin

8-10 Caribbean blue leg hermits

Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet ?
What is your phosphate level?
Is tank at or near a window?

Other animals would eat as little as unnoticeable unless you have many. Those three did some work and sea hare was the best as they ate all of it and still starved.

Unfortunately I have 1 large rock that's not really movable and a few others have started to sprout the algae too
The tank is about 200 gallon
My phosphorus is measuring 28 on Hannah check

Is that 28ppb on the ULR phosphorus checker or 28ppm on the phosphate checker?
