Hair algae I think?

I have this new algae and I tested nitrates and nitrites which were both low and I’ve been getting this hair algae type stuff. Along with Ulva algae which is good but I don’t want the hair stuff. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? All corals are doing well!

Can you get a pic with the white lights to confirm? Also manual remover works well with water changes. What is your PO4? Algae scrubbers are nice
