Hair Algae in Fuge

I have a large amount of hair algae accumulating in my refugium in the sump. It’s all over my marine pure bio block under the Chaeto and everything. Should I manually go in there and pull it out, will this algae have effect on Chaeto growth, etc?

Id pull as much as you can, don't go crazy.
Its doing the same job as the chaeto, its the fuge.
