Hair algae?? Or something else?

I left mom to take care of the tank while I was out of town. I come back to this green grass on my rocks from her over feeding. I have never had hair algae before and this doesn’t look like the stuff I have seen in my family’s tank. Also it’s growing on one of my cleaner shrimp?? Tank is 8months old.

looks like hair algae to me, A lawnmower blenny will take care of it in about 2.5 seconds lol

I have a lawn mower blenny for the film algae I have in the tank and he doesn’t touch the stuff.
