Hair algae removal help

How do I get rid of green hair algae. I have a 5 gallon and I can’t get my hands into those small space. Usually do a 1 gallon water change weekly. But did 2 gallon water change today. Any help would be useful.

Many things cause it, we need to know a bunch more. What kind of lighting and age, how many hrs are lights on?,tank turn over rate in terms of flow, means of adding freshwater (RODI, or tap) , means of p04 removal, also what kind of test kits are you testing phosphate with, and a full water quality check.
