What cuc do you have in the tank? A few mexican turbo snails will make light work of that .

tank does not look bad. Some contributors to hair algae are often overfeeding, and organic buildup.
Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet?
What is your phosphate level?
Is tank at or near a window?

Some good cleaners are:

SNAILS- Mexican turbo, astrea, cerith and trochus
Pin cushion urchin
6-8 Carribean blue leg hermits which are tiny

Also reduce number of hours of white lighting or reduce white light intensity

Your tank is looking pretty good.

Not sure about the emerald crab. I have one, ostensibly to deal with the occasional bubble algae that shows up, but all I see is him standing front and center in my tank at feeding time. He loves TDO pellets.

Emerald crabs brought both my hair algae and bubble algae under control. It’s best to avoid chemicals. They often throw off more than nitrates and phosphates; it can also crash your pH by reducing the amount of CO2 to O2 conversion during the photo period.

also, @vettteguy53081 is right. Beefing up your CUC is never a bad decision.
