So for about a month I didn't do a water change and forgot to do my filtration maintenence and my phosphate rose. I had a little bit of hair algae and cyano break out. There wasn't a lot but I haven't been able to get rid of it. I've increased my gfo and done my water changes amount but hasn't worked. What can I do to lower and get rid of these algae.

I have heard if I do a 25% and use rows phos by seachem it with eliminate it all

Yea you don't want to change more that 50% or you may have more trouble than what you have now. Changing it to kwik as I'm sure you know can cause more harm than good. Maybe do 25% once a week or even twice a week for a while along with phosgaurd or zeostart 3 lowwers phosphates as well.
