Try adding to your cuc with different types of snail that eat algae off the rock work such as Astrea or Certh.
Check water quality nitrates and phophates.

How old is the tank? Some of those rocks still look clean. Might just be a phase that will pass.

Sounds like a phase. Maybe even the last phase to your tank stabilizing. This is just a way for the tank to eat up the remaining nitrates. But like Tahoe said, check parameters.

Just did a water change 30 gallons. Did a new rock scape and notice a lot of hair algae

About 2 months ago I ordered a cuc from reef Cleaner's and they set me up
