Do a search on the forum for fluconazole.
There you will find an entire thread dedicated to beating this algae and what you need to do to beat algae long term.
Trust me, I did it and it changed reefing for me.

Out compete it with macroalgae in refugium. Do water changes with RO /deionized water. Remove by hand till you get the excessive nutrients under control. Sometimes it's a battle in a new tank.
