is this hair algae? it’s anchored to the rocks pretty will and wiry

You need to get in there with your fingers and pull it all out.
How old is the tank?

Looks like a different algae since its wirey.
yeah i’ve already started manually removing it the tank is about 2 years old. i battled cyano for a while and when that was resolved this stuff came about
 
Two posted Flucanozol will take care of it, without any risk to corals or fish? Been running good but hasn't licked it

There‘s always risk when you add something. That said my experience with anenomes/inverts/soft/lps/sps hasnt shown issues when following the instructions on the Reef Flux bottle.
 
Not your typical algae but rather bryopsis which is broader and has a root system which needs to be destroyed or will never stop
Pull also as with GHA as much as you can by hand, reduce white light intensity and treat with either liquid vibrant or fluconasal (flux) which will take it down
