Hair Algae?

I have this algae growing on the black box in the back of my 9 month old 10 gallon aquarium. (With the xenia growing in between).

This has built up over time after I'm not sure how long. I havn't really been taking care of the aquarium other than top up water and cleaning the glass when it would get unbearable to look at. A few water changes but not nearly enough.

I'm getting back into it though and find this algae to be pretty unattractive. I just want conformation of what kind of algae it might be so I can buy an appropriate clean up crew.
