What is the best chemical to soak my dry rock in that has hair algae all over it? Hydrogen peroxide, vinegar or bleach. And how long should I soak the rocks ans then allow to dry out

You should scrub the rocks with a toothbrush in warm salt water the same salinity as the tank. Have another bucket of container to swish and rinse the rock.
These 2 stages should do it and are the best and most natural approach to this.
Also top crown snails and pencil urchins
