Hair Algae?

I thought hair algae would be more in a tuft but this looks like a wheat stalk to me. Is this immature hair algae or something else?

If it is a fern link branch then biopsis

Maybe bropsis. If it "rips" when you pull it out, then I'd say bryopsis. There are other algaes that look like this.

Is biopsis a concern I need to remedy?

Bryopsis is bad and need to go. It can take over your tank. Fluconazole is a safe and effective treatment to kill. Nothing will eat bryopsis so CUC is not going to work.
