Hi Folks, what am I looking at? I am thinking hair algea, but want to be sure.
thoughts on treatment would be appreciated as well.

mmmm yes it is.

gfo or phosguard for longterm health.

snails like turbo or crabs like emerald will eat it as well.
 
Can u get closer. Looks like it could be bryopsis. If it has feathery looking peices it could be.
 
If it's bryopsis, which it looks like to me as well, the best control over this I found is lettuce Nudi's, they just sit on it and eat until its gone. From the look of your tank I'd get at least a few. The other thing I've sued in conjunction with the lettuce Nudi's is Continuum Baxter Clean-M. Good luck.
 
I doubt it is bryopsis. They appear to me as straight strands... not feathery leafy things.

But hey... maybe
