Many, many people (not sure about the "pack it in rate"). What do you all have for cleaning crew?

I have a snail cuc from reef cleaners.

Be aggressive! A media bag of gfo to lower phosphates. Possibly decrease your lighting schedule by a couple of hours a day. Make sure a sunlit window isn’t close by. Check nutrients, back off on feeding if you typically feed heavy. Manually pull the gha out. 10-20 or 30 turbo snails depending on size of tank. Keep your tank real clean, syphon sand/gravel. Water changes. A good carbon. 4-8 weeks later you should be good. Again being aggressive is the key. Any one of these (like cleanup crew) just isn’t enough.

Algae scrubbers are great. I have one too. What’s nice about the list is it’s working for you while you sleep or are at work.

Everyone totally gets your frustration. It’s very discouraging. Just wreak havoc on it and constantly annoy it. You will win.
