Hair floating in sump

Hello it appears I have actual hair floating in my new setup in the sump. It just kinda floats around at the top of the water in the sump. It’s definitely the dog hair in the house. Is it safe to say the flow is not high enough on the return pumps if it’s not being sucked throughout the sump and ending up in the filter pad right before the return pump? I know filter floss will catch it but I’m not running filter floss at the moment because I dosed dr Tim’s. Thank you

Remove it with whatever method works, lol. Many of us have dogs it happens.

I get cat fur, dog fur, wife and daughter hair...lol just gotta grab and remove, I find it almost impossible to wait until the pump sucks it up.

Haha thank you I wasn’t sure if it meant by flow was too low. Will manually remove

Better to have the dog in the tank as opposed to the tank on the dog!
