that looks like bryopsis algae with some hair algae. I would try to manually remove it. You definitely don't want to keep your lights on 24 hours, 8 should be enough. what filtration do you have? although your test kit says you don't have phosphates, the fact that you have algae suggests that you do have some excess phosphates.

how can i manual remove it? and what you mean by ecess phosphates sry i am new to reef tank i am still anoobie :) do you thing the light causes it?

extra nutrients (phosphate) in the water will contribute to algae growth. You can take the rock out and scrub the algae off, the bryopis you can pinch off - that's what I meant by manual removal. Light will contribute to the growth but the excess nutrient (phosphate) needs to be present for it to grow. Are you running any mechanical filtration (skimmer)? are you doing water changes?

It is a good idea to read a lot of information on saltwater tank keeping. You never stop learning in this hobby. I still learn something new everyday!

if i dont remove it manual i keep growing or it will go away alone?

Ho2o (hydrogen peroxide) 3%
Dose 1ml for every 10 gallons daily. Take pics of your progress. You won't be disappointed :)
